Please check the delivery status of 

 Order number: 20240111-0027773

DHL: 5584426912



It was tagged in my account that the items were delivered but I HAVEN'T received the items and checked once again with DHL and the items are still on your custody. 


Kindly update the order status and send the items already.


I have been sending emails to cs@kqshop.kr regarding this concern but haven't received any reply from your end since January 18 2024.


For your assistance and immediate action on this please.
