It says [delivered] despite not even been handed over to DHL services when I check the tracking updates/number.

Please let me know if there's some issue or where/when package will arrive.

The address is all correct, I just don't know why there hasnt been any updates until now even when other people have gotten their orders already.

My shipment also says Delivered, but according to DHL, the parcel hasn’t even been handed over to them for them to ship. No idea why there hasn’t been an update since January 24th.
