I have placed 2 orders and have problems with BOTH.
My first order I received the wrong sticker with my photoset, I receive Wooyoung instead of San, which I usually have no problem receive another member but these photosets are member SPECIFIC and I ordered SAN, not Wooyoung.
My second order you have marked it as delivered when it has not even been dropped to DHL, only the tracking number is generated on the 24TH, so WHY has it been marked as delivered?
I would like to receive my items and I would like something to be done about the sticker if possible. This is causing a lot of stress to me.
