I unfortunately never received my Jongho BD merch. I chose Korea Post for shipping to the U.S. as that was the cheapest option, but it was still expensive. They offer a tracking number, but I never received any sort of notification when my item was marked as "Delivered" so I found out about it 4 days later. But even though the item was marked as "delivered" it was never in my mailbox or anywhere in the vecinity. I contacted my local post office, and they told me the carrier delivered it at the right address, but I have no way of knowing if it was even the right address because the tracking info only says it was delivered to my Zip Code. I was blaming my local post office until I looked through the Q&A and noticed I wasn't the only one who hadn't received her Jongho BD merch. I've also seen a lot of other people complaining about not receiving a lot of the other merch. I asked in the Q&A about a refund, and the only thing KQ Shop tells me is that they can't do anything about it because their records show that it was delivered to my address successfully. But I never received it. I have not even been offered a replacement nor a refund, nor any sort of help. Just a "sorry but we can't do anything about it." And I honestly felt like I didn't matter as a customer to them. Please beware of buying from KQ Shop. I'm super sad and dissapointed because I was really looking forward to this item. I wish I had looked at that Q&A page before buying this. I don't think I'll buy anything through KQ Shop ever again.
