So the Lightiny itself is fine, but there were some issues that many other buyers had as well, from the looks of things.

Whereas many had their box sealed, mine was unsealed. There were also no batteries, but I can understand that part because it was shipped from overseas. But there were also no operation instructions, so there was nothing about what type of batteries the product needed. The only instructions I found were for switching the hourglass. I ended up having to look up what type of batteries it needed.

Another issue: Why does the status of my order still say "Preparing shipment" if I already received the product last week? There is nothing about past orders on my orders lists, and I was NOT charged more than once, so I have no clue why it still says it's being prepared for shipment.

I hope this gets fixed. And I hope other ATINYs receive their Lightiny keychains with the box SEALED, with EVERYTHING inside, and with their batteries and pull tab if possible.
