I got the md rugs few days ago 

Unfortunately, one of my items is defective!

There is no ‘No 1 like me’ on the rug 

I paid around 120$usd for these items included shipping and taxes, and you sent me a defective item.

This is unacceptable and not worth my money. 

Please improve you quality and service!!
