i purchased a photo set from you and when it arrived it came with the wrong member sticker so my set is incomplete.

i ordered san photo set and instead of receiving san, i received wooyoung, i have been trying to get a response on this since 31st january. i have emailed and posted on the q&a board, please can you let me know if something can be done about this?
