However, upon receiving the package, it has come to my attention that there has been a mix-up, and I have received the order intended for another customer with the name Poppy Freeman with the order number 20240120-0000582 who is in the United Kingdom. 

Meanwhile ME (Sara Alneyadi) I am in the United Arab Emirates.

It appears that my order has been swapped with another customer's order, and I currently possess their shipment. In order to resolve this matter promptly, I kindly request the following actions:

1. Confirmation of the correct shipment order intended for me, along with its shipment number.

2. Coordination for the exchange of the incorrect shipments to ensure both parties receive the correct items.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I urge you to address this issue as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience caused. As a valued customer, I trust that KQ SHOP will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation efficiently.
